2026 Infield Masterclass | Featuring David Steinman

Rose Mofford Sports Complex

THE NEXT PLAY STARTS BEFORE THE BALL IS HIT.

Great infielders don't simply react. They prepare, anticipate, adjust, and execute.

Presented by Around the Dirt as part of the 2026 Annual College Experience, the Infield Masterclass is a standalone, two-day progressive training experience led by David Steinman.

Created for dedicated fastpitch athletes who want to strengthen their defensive foundation and continue developing into more confident, efficient, and intentional infielders.

This isn't just about making the play in front of you. It's about developing the awareness, movement, and decision-making that prepare you for the next one.

THE TWO-DAY EXPERIENCE

DAY 1 | BUILD THE FOUNDATION

Athletes begin with position-specific instruction focused on the foundation of effective infield play.

The emphasis is on developing awareness, improving movement efficiency, understanding defensive responsibilities, and strengthening the skills behind consistent execution.

DAY 2 | ADVANCE THE GAME

The progression continues as athletes build upon Day 1 and move into more challenging defensive applications.

The focus shifts toward connecting individual skills, improving reads and reactions, and executing with greater purpose in game-like situations.

The goal is not simply to complete a drill. It is to understand how each movement, decision, and adjustment contributes to making the next play.

WHO IS THIS EXPERIENCE FOR?

Dedicated 12U–18U fastpitch athletes at developing, intermediate, and advanced skill levels.

Athletes will be grouped according to their current defensive abilities rather than years of playing experience.

CAPACITY IS LIMITED: 40 TOTAL INFIELDERS

This limit is shared across standalone registrations and College Experience add-on purchases.

Standalone registration includes the designated Infield Masterclass training sessions across BOTH days.

\*\*PLEASE NOTE: This is a separate registration opportunity offered alongside the Annual College Experience. Purchasing the standalone Infield Masterclass does NOT include admission to the full College Experience or its general clinic programming.

Athletes who wish to participate in the entire College Experience should register for the main event and select Infield as their optional Masterclass add-on.

EVERY GREAT DEFENSIVE PLAY BEGINS WITH PREPARATION.

Come develop the skills, awareness, and confidence to make the next one count.
